We have an in-house designer who will provide you with fonts, designs and mockups of your personalised items at no extra costs.

This depends on if we have stock and where you are based:
    • 1 - 4 working days if we have stock
    • Personalised items may take a bit longer, please ask us on the lead time
    • For special imports, please drop us an email with your wedding date
No, we do not. Our website is our shopfront. All orders can be placed via our website or email so you can shop our wonderful range from the comfort of your home. 
At the moment, we only accept EFT's, cash deposits and cash if collecting from our premises. Credit card payments coming soon.
Unless stated that it is included, personalisation fees are an additional cost. We include the artwork but please enquire and we will give you the nitty gritty breakdown on what is included and excluded.

We do not offer refunds on personalised or custom orders. For custom imported products, we also do not offer a refund as we are unable to return products to our international supplier. For standard stock items, we do offer a refund if returned in original condition. Refunds exclude courier fees and a handling fee may be applicable.
