We hope to cover all your questions here but if we have missed anything or you have any questions about our products, please email sugarbird@wedding-favours.co.za.
This is a bit of a tough questions to answer. A large portion of our products we keep in stock and ready to ship and couriers take 1 – 4 working days depending on your area. Some products, we need to order from our suppliers which may take just a few days or 2 weeks depending on if they are local or international. Personalised products vary depending on the quantities and personalisation method. If your order is urgent, it is best to pop us an email and we can advise if we can supply in time.
We use both The Courier Guy and Internet Express and we can deliver anywhere within South Africa.

Before we manufacture your order, an artwork proof will be sent for approval.
We have a far reach with both local and international suppliers. We also have an in house laser cutting and engraving machine and can manufacture a wide range of products. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please pop us an email with your ideas and we can see if we can source or make your ideas come to life.
Once we have received your order, we will confirm stock and make sure your order can deliver within your timeline and you will then receive banking details to make payment.
